1. From your desktop, Go to Start->Run
2. Then type ''regedit'' without the quotes and hit Enter! the registry window should open.

Now navigate to;
HKEY_CURRENT_USER>AppEvents>Software>Classes>Microsoft>Windows>
Current Version>Internet
Settings>Policies>System
5. Then on the right pane where it says Disable
Task manager, right click on it and scroll down to modify, then
change the value of it to 0.

Now open the Task manager by pressing the keys ''CTRL+SHIFT+ESC'' ... then
under the Application tab, dissable Internet Cafe's timer. (Simply
right click on it and End Task)
