Forget Windows Password:
From Safe Mode
Step 1: Turn off your computer and restart it, enter F8 to get in Advanced Boot Options.
Step 2: Select Safe Mode with Command Prompt and then press Enter.
Step 3: A Command Prompt appears. Type net user in the Command Prompt and then hit Enter. All Windows user accounts will be listed.
Step 4: Type net user deepak 12345 and hit Enter.
Note: "deepak" is your locked Windows user account name. And "12345" is the new password.
Step 5: Login Windows 7 PC with the new password.
From Standard User Enable Built-In Administrator User | Change Standard User to Admin by Standard User | If No Administrator User:

Step 1: Turn off your computer and restart it, enter F8 to get in Advanced Boot Options.
Step 2: You will see an icon for Administrator on the Welcome Screen, click on it. The default password is a blank. Then go to Control Panel>User Accounts and make changes.
System Restore
If you had delete your Administrator account by mistake you can do the system restore.
From Safe Mode
Step 1: Turn off your computer and restart it, enter F8 to get in Advanced Boot Options.
Step 2: Select Safe Mode with Command Prompt and then press Enter.
