Set default landing page for blogger

Just follow the below steps:

Step A

1. Copy the path of the page you want to redirect to, e.g. /p/home.html
2. Go to blogger.com > (Your blog) > Settings > Search preferences.
3. Under Errors and Redirections, there is Custom Redirects.
4. Hit 'Edit'
5. Set From and To (in from just type / and in, to type the page link starting with /)
6. Tick permanent
7. Save and Save Changes.

Step B

1. Go to the Layout tab
2. Find your Page List widget
3. Untick 'Home'
